Please observe the following procedures for those of you participating in the First Entry Add On Lottery system for 2025. The process will work the same as in 2024.

-Make sure to arrive around 10:15 am on Saturday May 3rd, 2025 so we can get the queue organised and people ready to proceed in at the 11:00 am opening time. Sunday, the 4th will be 9:15 am for the 10:00 am opening time.

-Please check your order number on the news section of the website to know your place number in advance. Ticket holder initials are also indicated for orders with multiple tickets.

-Please bring some photo ID to match the name with the ticket number so we can confirm you are the correct ticket holder.

-There will be a check in table in the entrance to the hall, there you can be verified and receive your numbered wristband.

-After getting your wristband we will organize everyone into the numbered order and prepare to have your ticket scanned and enter the event from 11:00 am.

-Please obey all ToyCon UK staff and security personnel’s instructions.

-Any attempts to manipulate the system, change places, swap numbers or difficult behaviour will result in the forfeit of your number and you will be allowed in after the queue is completed. There is zero tolerance for any bullying of other people in the queues and we will ban people from the event.

-If you arrive late, we will try to get you in where you belong but please be on time as we cannot hold up the process for any missing people.

-If you have children on free tickets with you, they can queue and enter along with you but please note, children on free tickets should not be buying limited items as this represents and unfair advantage and misuse of it will result in a change of the system for future years.
